Positions Vacant:

Educator/Teacher

BEEC is seeking highly motivated, passionate and reliable educators to join our team.
This postion is open to:

- Trainee
- Certificate 3 or Diploma
- Early Childhood Teacher

The successful applicants will have the dedication to create a positive work environment for all staff and show a passion for educating and caring for children in their early years. They will be motivated, highly driven person who has the ability to prioritise tasks and show initiative in all areas of their work. These are flexible full-time or part-time positions and has the potential for further career progression. Negotiable above award wages for the right candidate and many opportunities for professional development and upskilling at no cost.

Essential criteria:

-Must have or obtain a current NSW Working with Children Check
-Hold a current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management certificate (or willing to obtain free of charge)
-An ACECQA recognised Early Childhood qualification or degree or willingness to undertake a traineeship
-Good communication skills
-Great time management and organisation skills

Duties:

-Work alongside an experienced management team to drive quality practices and learning outcomes for children
-Contribute to and implement the program, as well as documenting children’s individual learning
-Maintain open communication at all times and work amongst a large team
-Comply with centre's policies, procedures and the Code of Conduct
