Positions Vacant:

Senior Team Leader:

BEEC is seeking a highly a motivated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher or Diploma qualified (or working towards) educator to be a team leader and form our leadership team. This position is permanent, to fill a meternity leave position.

As a team leader, you will play a key role in driving the educational program, mentoring like-minded educators, and ensuring the highest quality of communication with parents and all stakeholders. The successful applicant will have the dedication to create a positive work environment for all staff and show a passion for educating and caring for children in their early years. They will be a motivated, highly driven person who has the ability to prioritise tasks and show initiative in all areas of their work. This is a flexible full-time position over 4 or 5 days and has the potential for further career progression. Negotiable above award wages and many opportunities for professional development and one on one mentoring.

Essential criteria:

  • Must have or obtain a current NSW Working with Children Check

  • Hold a current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management certificate (or willing to obtain)

  • An ACECQA recognised Early Childhood qualification or degree.

  • Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

  • Good communication skills

  • Great time management and organisation skills

  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills with an ability to manage and develop staff in a positive manner and promote a cohesive and effective work environment

Duties:

  • Lead a team of passionate Early childhood educators

  • Work alongside an experienced management team to drive quality practices and learning outcomes for children

  • Contribute to and implement the program, as well as documenting children’s individual learning

  • Maintain open communication at all times and work amongst a large team

  • Comply with centre's policies, procedures and the Code of Conduct

Certificate 3 or Diploma Educator:

BEEC is seeking highly motivated, passionate and reliable educators to join our team. This postion is open to anyone who holds a Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. The successful applicants will have the dedication to create a positive work environment for all staff and show a passion for educating and caring for children in their early years. They will be motivated, highly driven person who has the ability to prioritise tasks and show initiative in all areas of their work. These are flexible full-time or part-time positions and has the potential for further career progression. Negotiable above award wages for the right candidate and many opportunities for professional development and upskilling from a certificate 3 to a Diploma at no cost.

An ACECQA recognised Early Childhood qualification or degree or willingness to undertake a traineeship
