Monique is passionate about collaborating with others, as she possesses a natural sense of community and advocacy. Monique goes above and beyond to ensure that children & families entry into Early Childhood Education is memorable.

Shauny was nominated for her effective and positive leadership that motivates and inspires others through a shared vision across the service. She received recognition for the ongoing involvement in the centres growth and success and engagement within the Boorowa community.

​Our Early Education Centre was recognised for our quality practices, and community spirit. We view all children as capable and active members within our community. Our centre invests in many opportunities for Educators to up-skill, engage in ongoing professional collaboration and professional development, which in turn reflects our quality practices and relationships. Over a few short years, our centre has doubled in enrollments and employment and we will continue to grow and meet the needs of our amazing Boorowa community.
